Time:Less then 2 seconds.
Step One:
Click you text, object, or whatever item you want to add you glow or whatever to.
Ill use this:
Step 2:
Select the white mouse, when you do a add effects box will apear in the bottom right.
If it doesnt just click on your object using the white mouse and it will.
Step 3:
Now just click the + in the add effects box.
Remember the box is in the bottom right!
Step 4:
Now just add whatever effects you want.
