Today I am going to show you how to create a photo with torn edge.

STEP ONE

As usually start with a New document and open some photo.

STEP TWO

After you opened the photo, In the Properties window click Effects -> Alien Skin Splat LE -> Edges. You have Edge window and select Torn Paper for Edge mode. Now, set other values like I did on the picture below.

That¡¯s all. It¡¯s pretty easy. Below is my torn photo.
