1. Create a new document, any size, my standard is 800¡Á600 pixels. Select the text tool (or press T) and write some text. First, set text¡¯s background to some color. For word ¡°Tech¡± i set background to #283A5E and for word ¡°Symptom¡± to #006600. To set different backgrounds, just click once on the text and highlight the text to change its background. Set font to Trebuchet MS, size to 45.

2. Select the text and in the properties toolbar go to Effects -> Shadow and Glow -> Drop Shadow. Set all values like they¡¯re shown on the picture below.

3. Select the text and, again, go to Effects -> Bevel and Emboss -> Inner Bevel. Set all values like they¡¯re shown on the picture below.

That was the final step. As you can see, this tutorial was very easy to make, but the final result looks very nice.
