This tutorial will show you what you should do to transform your PowerPoint presentations into SWF Flash movies. Flash movies have smaller filesize than PowerPoint and can be easily published on the web or distributed via CDs.

Do the following to create a SWF Flash from your PowerPoint presentation:

1. Install and launch PPT2Flash Standard. If you do not have it, you can find it here.

2. Launch PowerPoint.

3. Open the presentation you want to convert into SWF Flash.

4. Open PPT2Flash menu and select "Publish".

5. Specify the Output location where the SWF Flash presentation should be created.

6. Click "Continue".
