Sound Recorder
First open your Sound Recorder in your start button on the left (if you have windows).
..Programs, ..Accessories, ..Entertainment, ..then Sound Recorder.
If you do not have Sound Recorder you also can use Cool Edit and many others.

Saving a Sound
Then find the sound you want to use (to record). Start to play your sound and then go to your sound recorder and hit red button on right (record)to start recording. I suggest you only record 7 sec of your music. Then hit stop and go up to File then hit Save as. Save your .wav where you can find it.
After you save your wav go back to File and hit NEW. Go back to File and hit Open, find the .wav that you just made and click it.

Then go to Properties. A form should show up (Properties of Sound). Hit the button that is next to All formats (Convert Now...). A new form should pop up (Sound selection). There should be a combo box next to where is says Format. Click the Combo box and find GSM 6.10 then hit OK. This will make your file smaller. You can use other formats too. Then go back to file hit save as.
Importing into Flash
Open flash. Make a new key frame to add your sound on. Then hit ctrl+R and find the music that you recored. Open it. Go up to your windows in your flash then go to library and drag your music to main scene. This will add your music to main part of your flash

Other
You can also do the same for a movieclip or button.
There is better ways of doing this but if you are new to Flash then this is a very simple way.
