    A Guide to Inserting Sounds in Flash

    To insert a sound into a flash movie you have to do the following: go to the left hand corner of the page and click "File", once its opened go to "Import to Library" and find your music/sound file and select it. Now that the file is opened, open your library by going to "Window" or press "F11" on your keyboard. Once it’s opened, click your sound/music file and drag it into the frame that you want the sound to start.
