Creating an Animated TV
This video tutorial shows how to create an Animated Television in Flash 8, with some help from Adobe Photoshop (although, you could use any program that has a Noise filter/function). The first part of the tutorial shows how to draw the TV, and the second part shows how to create the Noise in Photoshop and then animate it in Flash 8.
