How to insert the align panel menu:

• In the main menu go to Window > Align.
• Click on the arrow to the right of the stage to open the vertical side panel.
• Hover the cursor over the top left of the "Align" window until the cursor turns into a four headed arrow.
• Press and hold down the left mouse then drag the window onto the vertical panel.
• Release the mouse button to finalize the position of the window in the panel.
