    Step 1

    Open a new Flash document.

    Step 2

    Set the movie's width to 300 and movie's height to 200. Set your Flash movie's frame rate to 30. Select any color as background color and click ok (For this example I have used red color as background).

    Step 3

    Take the Text Tool (T) and go to the Properties Panel (Ctrl+F3) below the stage. Then, select the following options:

    1. Select a Static Text field.
    2. Select any font, any size. For this example I have used Gill Sans Ultra Bold Condensed font, size 22px.
    3. Select any color. For this example I have used three diferent colors.
    4. As the rendering option, select Anto-alias for readability.



    Then, type something.



    Step 4

    Take the Selection Tool (V), click on frame 2 and press F6 key. After that, select the text and go to the Properties Panel (Ctrl+F3) below the stage. In the Letter spacing Scale set 1. See the picture below.



    Now, you have this:



    Step 5

    Take the Selection Tool (V), click on frame 3 and press F6 key. After that, click once on text to select it and go again into the Properties Panel (Ctrl+F3) below the stage. For this time, for Letter spacing set 2. See the picture below.



    Now you have this:



    Step 6

    Repaet this process, until you get something like this:



    Step 7

    After that, take the Selection Tool (V) again and select your text. Then, press F8 key (Convert to Symbol) to convert it into a Movie Clip Symbol.



    Step 8

    Click on frame 20 and press F6 key. Then, take the Free Transform Tool (Q), select the text and do like it is shown on the picture below.



    Step 9

    Clcik on frame 25 and press F6 key. Then, take again the Free Transform Tool (Q) and do like it is shown on the picture below.



    Step 10

    Click on frame 30 and press F6 key. Then, take again the Free Transform Tool (Q) and do like it is shown on the picture below.



    Step 11

    While you're still on frame 30, take the Selection Tool (V), click once on the text to select it and go to the Properties Panel below the stage. On the right, you will see the Color menu. Select Alpha in it and put it down to 0%.



    Step 12

    Click on frame 25 and go to the Properties Panel below the stage.Then, select Motion from the Tween menu, for Rotate choose CCW, and for Ease choose 100%. See the picture below.



    Step 13

    Right-click anywhere on the gray area between frame 20 and 25 and frame (in my example) 9 and 20 on the timeline and choose Create Motion Tween from the menu that appears.
