Open Flash, press Ctrl+J (Document Properties) and set Width and Height to 200px. Frame rate set to 12 fps (Frames per second) and press ok.
Step 2
Take the Oval Tool (O) and draw some "circle". Look at the picture below!
Step 3
Select that "circle" and press F8 on the keyboard (Convert to Symbol), to convert that "circle" into a Graphic Symol. See the picture below.
Step 4
Insert a new layer (layer2), select it and type any text. For this example I'll type "toxiclab".
Step 5
Select that text and press F8 key (Convert to Symbol) on the keyboard to convert it to a Graphic symbol like we have done in step3.
Step 6
Select layer 2, and insert a new layer (layer 3).
Step 7
Click on the first frame of layer1, press Ctrl+C on the keyboard (copy), and after that click on the first frame of layer3 and press Ctrl+Shift+V (Paste in palce).
Step 8
Click on the sixtieth frame of layer1 and layer3 and press F5. After that click on the sixtieth frame of layer 2 and press F6.
Step 9
While you're still on thirtieth frame of layer2, move your text on the left side using the "arrow keys" on the keyboard or by mouse. See the picture below.
Step 10
Click on eightieth frame of layer1 and layer3 and press F5. After that click on eightieth frame of layer 2 and press F6.
Step 11
Click on the first frame of layer2, prese Ctrl+C (copy), select eightieth frame, press delete key on the keyboard, and after that press Ctrl+Shift+V (paste in place).
Step 12
Select layer2, open Properties Pannel(Ctrl+F3) and under Tween choose Motion.
Step 13
Select layer3 and convert it to a mask by right-clicking on the layer3 and selecting Mask.
We're done!
