Step 1
Open a new flash document. Press Ctrl+J key on the keyboard (Document Properties) and set the dimensions of your document as whatever you like. Select any color as background color. Set your Flash movie's frame rate to 30 and click ok.

Step 2
Select the Text Tool (A) and type any text.
Step 3
While the text is still selected, press Ctrl+B key on the keyboard (Break apart) to break apart it. See the picture below!

Step 4
Press now Ctrl+Shift+D key to place each letter in a separate layer. See the picture below!

Step 5
Set now the letters all around the flash scene. See the picture below!

Step 6
Select now only the first letter and press F8 key (Convert to Symbol) to convert it into a Movie Clip Symbol.

Step 7
Click now on frame 10 and press F6 key. While you're still on frame 10, place the letter on this position.

Step 8
Right-click anywhere on the gray area between the two keyframes on the timeline and choose Create Motion Tween from the menu that appear.

Step 9
Click now on frame 20 and press F5 key.
Step 10
Select now the second letter and press F8 key (Convert to Symbol) to convert it into a Movie Clip Symbol.

Step 11
After that, using the Selection Tool (V) and "drag and drop" technique, move the first frame of second letter on frame ten. See the picture below!

Step 12
Click now on frame 15 and 20 and press again F6 key. While you're still on frame 20, place the second letter on the position like it is shown on the picture below!

Step 13
Go back now on frame 15 and place the letter on this position:

Step 14
Right-click anywhere on the gray area between frame 10 and 15 and frame 15 and 20 on the timeline and choose Create Motion Tween from the menu that appears.

We're done with the first two letters. Repeat this process also for every other letters!

Click now on frame 15 and 20 and press again F6 key. While you're still on frame 20, place the second letter on the position like it is shown on the picture below!

Step 13
Go back now on frame 15 and place the letter on this position:

Step 14
Right-click anywhere on the gray area between frame 10 and 15 and frame 15 and 20 on the timeline and choose Create Motion Tween from the menu that appears.

We're done with the first two letters. Repeat this process also for every other letters!
