You want your own site ? Here is resolve for your problem.
1. Open new Flash document (500*500) and set Background color to black
2. Import (Ctrl + R) picture for background of your site.
3. Align picture to the center of page.
4. Add new layer.
5. Select new layer and draw site header with Rectangle Tool (R). Convert object to Movie Clip (F8) and set Alpha 30%.
6. Add some text on header.
7. Now, you have to make a menu bar. I'll put menu bar from Flash tutorial #1. If you want to do the same, open Flash tutorial #1 in new window and make menu bar.
8. OK, we now have our first page. We need other pages now. Add new layer.
9. Make new keframe on new layer, like on picture bellow.
10. Draw background for text with Rectangle Tool (R).
11. Convert background to Movie Clip (F8)
12. Double-click on text background.
13. Convert background again to Movie Clip (F8) and set Alpha 30%
14. Set keyframe on 10th frame.
15. Move text background from 1st frame to the left.
16. Right click somewhere beetwen 1st and 10th frame and press "Create Motion Tween"
17. Add new layer and set keyframe on 10th frame.
18. In this keyframe write text for your page.
19. Add one more layer, set keyframe (F6) on 10th frame. Select that frame, open actionscript window (F9) and add this code:
stop();
20. Add new layer set keyframe (F6) on 10th frame and draw back button.
