[2]-Open new docoment size:custom ,width : 612pt,height:792pt units : point and click on ok

[3]-Now Click On file > Open

[4]-Now You Will See Open Window Is Open And Select The Sunset Image Click ON Open Button

[5]-Now You Will See The Senset Image Is Open

[6]-Now Click On Effect > Artstic > Dry Brush

[7]-Now You Will See The Artstic Window Is Open And use the Following Setting
