[1]-First of all click on file > new And Open (new docoment) size:custom ,width : 612pt,height:792pt units : point and click on ok

[2]-Now Click On The Ellipse Tool In The TOOL Palette And Draw A Shape Like This With Help

[3]-Now Again Click On The Ellipse Tool In The TOOL Palette And Draw A Another Shape Like This With Help

[4]-Now Select The Both Object Like This And Click On Window > Pathfinders

[5]-Now You Will See The Pathfinder Window Is Open And CliCk On (Subtract Button)

[6]-Now Your Image Should Be Like This

[7]-Now Select The Object Click On The Effect > Stylize > Inner Glow
And You Will See The Inner glow Palette Is Open And Use The Following Setting

[8]-Now Your Image Should Be Like This

[9]-Now Select The Another Ellipse

[10]-Now Select The Object Click On The Effect > Stylize > Outer Glow
And You Will See The Outer glow Palette Is Open And Use The Following Setting

[11]-Now Your Image Should Be Like This

[12]-Now Create A Another Ellispe Like This And Select The Elllipse Put On The shape

[13]-Now Your Image Should Be Like This And The Final Image Is Ready
