Tutorial is written for Paint Shop Pro 9. The methods used are compatible with Paint Shop Pro 7, 8
1 Download and install MuRa's Cloud Filter. Tutorial on how to install plug-ins is right here. Start a new 300x300 pixels, white background image.

| 2 Apply Mosaic Glass Filter on the text selection ( Effects > Texture Effects > Mosaic Glass ) Mosaic Glass Settings:

| 3 Deselect selection by pressing CTRL+D. Apply MuRa's Cloud filter ( Effects > Plugins > MuRa's Meister > Cloud ). Load the Rust preset as shown below. Click on the source base twice.

and enter text as shown.
| 4 Press CTRL+A and click your mouse anywhere on the image. This will create a text selection. Apply Brush Strokes Filter ( Effects > Art Media Effects > Brush Strokes ). Brush Stroke Settings:

| 5 Apply Inner Bevel Filter ( Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel ) Inner Bevel Settings:

| 6 Deselect selection by pressing CTRL+D. Re-apply MuRa's Cloud Filter ( Effects > Plugins > MuRa's Meister > Cloud ). Load the Rust Preset and click on the Source Base three times.
Make a selection on your text. Press Ctrl+A and click your mouse anywhere on the image. Sharpen your image ( Adjust > Sharpness > Sharpen ). Apply a drop shadow ( Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow ).
