Then pen up an existing image in photoshop.
I will be using this image.

After you have your image out, click on the photoshop to imageready button.Click Here.

Then you will see your image out.
Click file open, and then open the movie that you want to use.
Then a popup will show up and use similar settings.
Remember, try to make the clip as short as possible, because the shorter it is, the less work that you need to do.

You will then see the layers screen filled with many new layers.

Now click on the first frame, then hold shift and then click on teh last frame. This will select all the frames.
The go to Edit > Free Transform
Change it to the size you want and then click the move or arrow tool again. Then take the image and drag and drop it onto you other image.
At this point you should have several layers and only one frame in the animation bar.

Now turn off the eye on any frame beside your original layer, then go to layer 1 of your movie frames and click the eye.

Then go to the animation bar and click the new layer screen next to the trash can.

Then do the same thing to layer 2, and so on until you finish with all your layers.

Then you must save the file as an optimized image.

Also if you want to render the tv a bit better, it will look good on dark backrounds as well as light.
