Here I will teach you about Moving Target Photoshop Text Effect

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 150×360 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now fill the Background with any color & then select Custom Shape Tool & use the following Shape & settings

[3]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of Custom Shape Tool & then select Pen Tool, click
& select Make Selection

[4]-Now use the following settings in Make Selection

[5]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[6]-Now Fill the selection with any color & then Hide this Layer & after that select Text Tool then create the
following Text

[7]-Now select Text Layer & then go to Blending Options with the help of Click on following Button which is indicating by
Hand Sign

[8]-Now select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[9]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[10]-Now like create this Text make other Text with the help of Text Tool & then apply the same Blending Options.your image
should look like as shown below

[11]-Now show the First Layer & your Layer Pallete should look like as shown below

[12]-Now your image should look like below this

[13]-Now go to WINDOW>ANIMATION & then create the 4 Duplicate Frames with the help of 4 Times click on following Button which
is indicating by Hand sign

[14]-Now select Frame1 & then Hide the following Layer with the help of Remove the EYE SIGN which appears besides Layer

[15]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[16]-Now select Frame2 & then Hide the following Layers

[17]-Now select Layer1 & then create the following adjustment with the help of Move Tool & your image should look like this below

[18]-Now select Frame3 & then Hide the following Layers

[19]-Now create the following adjustment in Layer1 with the help of Move Tool & your image should look like as shown below

[20]-Now select Frame4 & then Hide the following Layers

[21]-Now create the following adjustment in Layer 1 with the help of Move Tool & your image should look like as shown below

[22]-Now select Frame5 & then Hide the following Layer

[23]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[24]-Now Play the Animation with the help of Click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[25]-Now go to File>Save for the Web & Device & save your image in GIF
