[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 200 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[5] Then go to Select>Feather Selection use these values.

[6] Make the new layer, fill the selection with White color.

[7] Now Cntl+Click on the Text layer to load selection.

[8] Then select the Layer 2.

[9] Click on this icon, to Add Vector Mask.

[10] Click on this icon, Indicates Layer Mask is linked to Layer.

[11] Go to Window>Animation.

[12] Then Duplicates Selected Frames click this icon.

[13] Take the Move Tool move to the other side of the text-area.

[14] Now Hold Cntl+Click the 1 Frame then Press this button and select these options.

[15] And now Plays Animation click on this icon.

[16] Save Optimised as, and it should look like this
