[5] Make the more copies like this.

[6] Go to Window>Animation.

[7] Now Duplicates selected frames click on this icon.

[8] Hide this layer just clicking a eye.

[9] Duplicates selected frames click on this icon.

[10] And hide the next layer.

[11] Use the same think to all layers, then Plays animation click on this icon.

[12] Go to Save for Web & Devices to save an optimized animated GIF.
