[1] Take a new file of 500 pixels, 300 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Now fill the Background with Black color, then take the Text Tool use these settings, download this font http://cooltext.com/Fonts-O

[3] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[4] Your image will be look like this.

[5] Now write more words your layer pallete should be look like this.

[6] Just change the color go to Blending Option selete the Color Overlay choose the color would you like.

[7] Now hide the all layer just click on eye donot hide the background layer see in the next image.

[8] Now click on this icon Duplicates selected frames.

[9] Then Unhide the 1st layer A.

[10] And then Duplicateds selected frame click on the icon.

[11] Then Unhide the 2st layer D.

[12] Use the same think to each layer your frame pallete should be look like this.

[13] Now Play animation click on this icon indicated by a hand sing.

[14] Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S to save an optimized animated GIF, go to File>Save for web & Devices.
