Here I will teach you about How to Create Photoshop Sword Lighting Rays Animation

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 250×300 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now fill the Background with ‘03036a’color & then Open any image of Sword with the help of Ctrl+O as I did take following
image & then adjust in First Document with the help of Move Tool

[3]-Now select Dodge Tool & then highlight the following Parts like as shown below

[4]-Now make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then Highlights the following parts with the help of Dodge Tool

[5]-Again make the Duplicate Layer & then Highlight the following parts with the help of Dodge Tool

[6]-Now Open New Layer[this Layer should below all Layers] & then fill with ‘03036a’color & after that select Dodge Tool
& create the following rays with the help of Dodge Tool

[7]-Now make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then create the lights with the help of Dodge Tool

[8]-Again Make the Duplicate Layer & then create following rays with the help of Dodge Tool & your image should look like
as shown below

[9]-Now your Layer Pallete should look like as shown below

[10]-Now go to Window>Animation & then create the 6 Duplicate Frames with the help of 6 times,click on following Button which
is indicating by Hand sign

[11]-Now select Frame-1 & then Hide the following Layers with the help of Remove the EYE SIGN which is indicating by Hand
sign

[12]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[13]-Now select Frame-2 & then hide the following Layers

[14]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[15]-Now select Frame-3 & then Hide the following Layers

[16]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[17]-Now select Frame-4 & then Hide the following Layers

[18]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[19]-Now select Frame-5 & then Hide the following Layers

[20]-Now select Frame-6 & then Hide the following Layers

[21]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[22]-Now select Frame-7 & then Hide the following Layers

[23]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[24]-Now Play the Animation with the help of Click on following button which is indicating by Hand sign

[25]-Now go to File>Save for Web & Device & save your image in GIF Format
