Here I will teach you about Photoshop-Light-Wave-Tutorial
Lets read & understand of the following steps
[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 500×400 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now fill the Background with 000000 color & then create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool

[3]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with fffffa color & then go to Filter>Distort>Zigzag & use the following settings

[4]-Now your image should look as shown below

[5]-Now make duplicate layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then create the following selection with the help of Ctl+Click on Duplicate

[6]-Now fill the selection in Duplicate Layer with ff0000 color & then go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur & use the following settings

[7]-Now duplicate Layer should be below original Layers & your image should look as shown below

[8]-Now create the following selection with the help of Ctrl+Click on Original Layers & then Open New Layer

[9]-Now fill the selection with FFF468 color & then go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur & use the following settings

[10]-Now Blende Mode of this Layer should be OVERLAY

[11]-Now your image should look as shown below & then create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool

[12]-Now go to Select>Modify>Smooth & use the following settings

[13]-Now your image should look as shown below

[14]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options & select Satin Structure

[15]-Now your image should look as shown below & after that create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[16]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options & select Gradient Overlay
