Using the clone stamp tool
This is a very powerful tool that photoshop have, it can been found in the toolbox like shown in the image to the left.

The first step is to select the clone stamp tool, it can be found either on the tool bar or pressing S , a brush like cursor will appear, next step is selecting a source point this will be like the reference point for whatever the clone tool will clone, to do so hold the alt key then click and drag the mouse over a path of white wall.
Image A shows the path(pink line) followed by the cursor while alt was pressed, Image B shows when alt button lifted and the reference of the point(golden X).
The tool is ready, use it to clone a piece of clean wall and remove some blue grafitti dont be afraid of the reference point because it will follow the mouse and keep the angle, if the reference point pass in a spot that was painted with grafitti before it will start cloning the grafitti, so to avoid that lift the mouse click before reaching the point then by clicking again the reference will update to the new painted image.
If the brush reference gets impossible to clone do a new path, just hold alt and draw it again in the angle that the brush needs, the trick for better results is to zoom and use a small brush, Post a comment if you need futher help.
