A tutorial explaining how to make a glass button using Photoshop effects.
1. Create a new document (Ctrl+N) with a white background. Create a selection using Elliptical Marquee Tool.
2. Create a new layer (Layer/New) and fill it with gradient. Name it "button".
3. Create a glow inside using Dodge Tool 
4. Create a selection using Elliptical Marquee Tool. Create a new layer (Layer/New). Name it "border".
5. Fill it with color. And place under "button" layer.
6. Go to Layer/Layer style/Gradient overlay.
7. Layer/Layer style/Stroke.
8. Layer/Layer style/Drop shadow.
9. Select "button" layer. Go to Layer/Layer style/Inner shadow.
10. Select "button" layer. Go to Layer/Layer style/Inner shadow.
11. Create a new elliptical shape.
12. Use Eraser Tool. Change Opacity of layer.
13. Create a new shape and name it "reflection". Dublicate it.
14. Holding Ctrl click on "button" layer.
15. Go to Filter/Distort/Spherize. Repeat filter. Select the copy of "reflection" and do the same actions. Merge "reflection" layers.
16. Change opacity and layer mode.
17. Use Eraser Tool. It's done.
