This free photoshop tutorial will show you how to make Stray Energy or blob / fractal energy pattern using chrome filter in the software Photoshop
[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 400 pixels
of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Fill the black colour toit.
[3] Goto Filter>Render>Lens flare and
apply these settings which are given below.
[4] Your image will be like this.
[5] Apply the settings untill you get the image like this.
[6] Now goto Filter>Sketch>Chrome and apply the settings which sre given below.
[7] Your image will be like this.
[8] Now goto Image>Adjustment> Hue & Saturation and give the property as given below
[9] Your image will look like this.
[10] Now copy the layer.
[11] Turn it to the Lighten in the blending mode.
[12] Merge the layer and make the copy of it and use the blending mode Overlay as below in the image.
[13] Your image will look like this.
[14] Goto Filter>Distort>Wave and click on the Randomize 2-3 times.
[14] Your image will be like this.
[15] Merge the layer and make it Flip horizontal.
[16] Now use the Lighten from the blending mode as below.
[17] Your image will be attractive like this.
[18] Make the copy of the Merged layer and goto Edit>Transform>Flip Vertical.
[19] Use the lighten in the blending mode.
[20] Your image will be attractive & beautiful like this one.
