[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels 400 pixels of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] And now select the Graident Tool.

[3] Set the Graident color as shown image below.

[4] Now create a new layer
from the layer pallete.

[5] And now drag from the top of your
canvas as shown image below.

[6] Then select the Rectangular Marquee Tool.

[7] Make the new layer from the layer pallete

[8] Create a new shape as shown image below.

[9] Then again select the Graident tool
and set the color as shown image below.

[10] And drag the graident tool from the
right of corner as shown image below.

[11] And then press Cntl+T transform seletion Hold Cntl
and grab the bottom right node see in the next image.

[12] Now go to Filter>Distort>Shear
apply the following settings.

[13] Your image should be look like this.

[14] Then go to Filter>Artistic>Plastic Wrap
use these settings.

[15] Your image should be look like this.

[16] Lets add some color now Press Cntl+U
apply the following settings.

[17] Your image should be look like this.

[18] Now select the Inner Shadow from the
Layer style and use the following settings.

[19] Now select the Outer Glow from the
Layer style and use the following settings.

[20] Your image should be look like this.

[21] Then select the Brush tool from
the tool pallete use these settings.

[22] Then hold Cntl+Click the layer of Tentecles
and using the brush as shown image below.

[23] Now press Cntl+T to transform selection
and rotate the image see in the next Fig.

[24] And the finally set here make the copy of Layer 2
and change the Blending Mode Hard Light.

[25] Your final image should be look like this.
