Here I will teach you about Quilted-Clothpatch-Threadwork-Decor

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 450×500 pixels, Resolution 72 and Mode RGB color

[2]-Now fill the Background with any color & then create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool

[3]-Now select Gradient Tool & use the following Gradient & settings

[4]-Now fill the Gradient with Left to Right Direction

[5]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[6]-Now go to Blending Options with click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand sign

[7]-Now select Drop Shadow & apply the following settings

[8]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[9]-NOw select Custom Shape Tool & use the following shape & settings

[10]-Now create the following shape with the help of Custom shape Tool & then select F4DA4C color in Forground

[11]-Now select Brush Tool & use the following Brush in (Assorted Brush)

[12]-NOw select Pen Tool & then click & select Stroke Path

[13]-Now apply the following settings in Stroke Path

[14]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[15]-Now go to Blending Options with click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand sign as shown below

[16]-Now select Outer Glow & use the following settings

[17]-Now select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[18]-Now your image will be look as shown below & then select C3698D color in Forground

[19]-Now create the following shape with the help of Rectangle Tool

[20]-Now select Pen Tool & then click & select Stroke Path

[21]-Now apply the following settings in Stroke Path

[22]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[23]-Now GO to Blending Options & select Outer Glow & use the following settings

[24]-Now select Bevel & Emboss & apply the following settings

[25]-Now your image will be look as shown below & then Open New Layer

[26]-Now select Custom shape Tool & use the following shape & settings

[27]-Now create the following shape with the help of Custom shape Tool & then select Pen Tool & click & select Make Selection

[28]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[29]-Now fill the selection with # 000000 color & then Blende MOde should be Overlay of this layer

[30]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[31]-Now Open New Layer & then select Custom Shape Tool & use the following shape & settings

[32]-Now create the following shape & then select Pen Tool & click & select Make Selection

[33]-Now apply the following settings in Make Selection

[34]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[35]-Now fill the selection with # 000000 color & then press Ctrl+J & create the following sepration
with the help of Move Tool

[36]-NOw Select Duplicate Layer, press Ctrl+T & then click & select Flip Horizontal & press ENTER & after that PRess Ctrl+E

[37]-Now press Ctrl+J & create the following sepration with the help of Move Tool

[38]-Now press Ctrl+T & then click and select Flip Vertical & your image will be look as shown below

[39]-Now press Ctrl+E & then Blende MOde of this layer should be Overlay

[40]-Finally, all settings have been completed & your final image will be look as shown below
