[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels,400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Take the Shape Tool and select this one.

[3] Make the new layer create a shape and fill with Black color.

[4] Now go to Blending Option use the settings.

[6] Take the Shape Tool and select this one.

[7] Make the new layer create a shape and fill with White color.

[8] Holt Cntl+T, Transform Selection to Rotate your shape.

[9] Now go to Blending Option use the settings.

[11] Now take the Brush Tool use these settings.

[12] Create a new layer use the Brush Tool.

[13] Make the copy of Previous both layer as shown image below.

[14] Take the Pen Tool create a new shape.

[15] Take the Brush Tool use these settings.

[16] And set the Foreground color see in the next image.

[17] Now take the Pen Tool again and right Click to select Stroke Path.

[18] Your image will be look like this.

[19] Take the Brush Tool use these settings.

[20] Cntl+Click on the layer and use the Brush Tool.

[21] Take the Shape Tool and select this one.

[22] Make the new layer create a shape and fill with Black color.

[23] Now go to Blending Option select the Gradient overlay use these settings.

[24] Your image will be look like this.

[25] Make the copies of previous Shape Layer.

[26] Take the Shape and select this one.

[27] Make the new layer create a shape and fill with light Pink color.

[28] Create some text your final image is ready.
