Here we will tell you how to make a Snow-flakes-over-lake-scene in photoshop.
[1] Take a new file of 500 pixels,400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Open your image.

[3] Enable Quick Mask Mode and select Brush Tool, Soft Brush.


[4] Now leave Quick Mask Mode using “Q” button, then Select>Select Inverse.
[5] Filter -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur, Radius 10px.

[6] Edit -> Fade Gaussian Blur with these settings.

[7] Your image should be look like this.

[8] Make the copy of the layer.

[9] On duplicated layer, Filter>Blur>Radial Blur with these settings.

[10] Reduce Opacity of this layer to about 67% to see background layer.

[11] Your image will be look like this.

[12] Now take the Rectangular Marquee Tool create a shape.

[13] Now hit delete on your keyboard.

[14] Reduce Opacity of this layer to about 75% to see background layer.

[15] Your image will be look like this.

[16] Make a new layer and paint many small lines like these.

[17] Go to Filter>Disort>Twirl use these settings.

[18] Go to Filter>Other> Maximum with Radius 6px.

[19] Your image will be look like this.

[20] Take the Brush Tool use these settings.

[21] Paint something like this.

[22] Go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer> Photo Filter, Sepia, 75%

[23] Your image will be look like this.

[24] Go to Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Hue / Saturation, use these settings.

[25] Your final image should be look like this.
