Here we will tell you how to make a Oil-water-image-drop-shadow in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels,400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Take the Shape Tool select this one.

[3] Now create a shape then press Cntl+T, Transform Selection to Rotate your shape.

[4] Create a new layer make the selection fill with Black color.

[5] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[6] Your image should be look like this.

[7] Now make the copy of the shape layer.

[8] Press Cntl+T Transform Selection to Rotate your shape.

[9] Now go to Layer Pallete click this icon indicate a Red Circle, select the Gradient use these settings.

[10] Your image should be as shown below.

[11] Take the Shape Tool select this one.

[12] Make the new layer create a shape and fill with White color.

[13] Now change the Blendind Mode and set the opacity.

[14] Your image should be as shown below.

[15] Now Cntl+Click on this layer to make the selection like this.

[16] Take the Elliptical Marquee Tool use these settings.

[16] Create a shape over the selection, then make a new layer and fill with White color.

[17] Then set the Opacity see in the next image.
