[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 300×300 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now select Rounded Rectangle Tool

[3]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of Rounded Rectangle Tool,right click select Make

[4]-Now use the following settings in Make Selection

[5]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[6]-Now fill the selection with ‘fffffa’color & then go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[10]-Now make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then rotate the shape with the help of Ctrl+T & then press ENTER
[this layer should below original layer Layers]

[11]-Now like this make the other Duplicate Layer & then rotate the shape with the help of Ctrl+T & then press ENTER

[12]-Now select Text Tool & then create the any Text
