[1] Take a new file of 500 pixels, 400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool.
[3] Now right click select make selection click ok. open a new layer
fill the selection with #757575.
[4] Take the “Dodge Tool” 
highlight the following parts,
with the help of Dodge Tool.
[5] Take the “Burn Tool” 
then create following
Shading with the help of Burn Tool.
[6] Create a new shape with the help of “Pen Tool” right click select
make selection open a new layer fill the selection with #0f181d.
[7] Take the “Dodge Tool” 
highlight the following parts,
with the help of Dodge Tool.
[8] Create a new shape with the help of “Pen Tool” right click select
make selection open a new layer fill the selection with #363940.
[9] Now create the following selection with Pen Tool go to
Select>Modify>Feather Selection by 1px.
[10] Take the “Burn Tool” 
then create following
Shading with the help of Burn Tool. Do not “D” select.
[11] Press Cntl+Shift+I create the following Shading with Burn Tool.
Do not “D” select.
[12] Take the “Dodge Tool” 
highlight the following parts,
with the help of Dodge Tool.
[13] Take the Brush Tool press F5 set the properties like this.
[14] Open a new layer. Set the foreground color is Black. Create the following Stroke with the help
of “Pen Tool” right click select Stroke Path now select Brush click ok.
[15] Your image something like this.
[16] Create another Stroke with the help of “Pen Tool” but the foreground color is white.
[17] Create a new shape with the help of Pen Tool, right click select
make selection open a new layer fill the selection with #74706f.
[18] Create another shape with Pen Tool fill that layer with same color.
[19] Take the “Dodge Tool” 
highlight the following parts,
with the help of Dodge Tool, both layer.
[20] Download the following logo and open it photoshop.
