1- Open your image file, the image being used here is Vase 1, credited to Michelle Dennis,

2- Create a rectangular selection using the Rectangular Marquee Tool and fill your selection with the color #b72c01 as follows.

3-Apply Drop Shadow Effect on your rectangular shape layer by clicking the Add a layer style button at the bottom of the layers palette or by going to Layer > Layer Style > Blending Options, use the following setting.

4- Our image will look like this.

3- Using #faf4b1 as the foreground color, add your title text as shown below, the font being used is DilleniaUPC, look how your title is aligned within the rectangular shape, this gives a space for us to add our slogan in the next step.

4- Remember you can always adjust your text width and height using the horizontal and vertical scale settings in Character and Paragraph palettes by simple clicking Window > Character, or by clicking the Toggle the character and paragraph palette in the options bar.

5- Now we add our slogan using the same font, adjust the font size to be as small compared to your title, that’s the result we finally get.
