2. Select for the beginning the Horizontal Type Tool (T) and the Font type.
It¡¯s better for it to be a big one and very visible. Process the text in a way to have as much space on the picture as it is possible. The text¡¯s color may be different, but take into account that brighter watermark distract the attention from the work itself.
3. The diagonal lines will give an additional protection to your picture. Use the Line Tool (U) to represent them.
Set the Fill Pixel parameter and give the necessary Weight to your lines on a different layer.
4. The lines cross out the basic text. To correct this effect, it¡¯s necessary to mark out with the Rectangular Marquee Tool (M) the area around the text.
After that choose the option Select > Inverse. Activating the lines¡¯ layer, make a click on Add Layer Mask button, situated on the lowest part of the layers¡¯ panel

5. The watermark is finished and if you are satisfied with it, you may finish the work. Merge down the layers containing the text and the lines. Set the Opacity of the new layer on 70 % by choosing the option in the layer¡¯s panel.
Final Result.
6. Don¡¯t forget to insert the additional information about the author and the work in the file¡¯s metadata. It¡¯s necessary in this case to use the option File > File Info and insert the appropriate information in the IPTC Contact field.

7. Before sharing the work in Internet, minimize the size of the work and its resolution. Choose the option File > Save for Web. As a result of the operation all the IPTC data may disappear, so it¡¯s necessary for you to make sure that all the contact information is placed in the watermark¡¯s text.
