Here is a stylish little effect that you can use on your text. This Photoshop tutorial will walk you through the required steps to get a cool text effect to use in your design work. The font that you use is completely up to your choice, however we have found that the italic option for fonts give a nicer effect from this tutorial
Cool Text Effect.

Step 1:
Let抯 start out by creating a new file. I used a 500?00 pixels canvas set at 72dpi, and I filled my background with black color. Now make a new layer set and name it 'Cool Text Design'.
Select the Horizontal Type Tool then set the font family to Freestyle Script, regular, 90 pt, smooth and white color. In a new text layer type your name on the center of the canvas

Step 2:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Glow blending option to your white text layer.

Step 3:
In a new text layer type your name using #1156F2 color shade, position as shown below.

Step 4:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Glow and Gradient Overlay blending options to your blue text layer.


Result:

Step 5:
On your Layers Window highlight the 'Cool Text Design' layer set then go to Layers > Merge Layer Set, this should turn the layer set into a regular layer. Now under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Outer Glow and Inner Glow blending options.

Step 6:
Create a new layer set and name it Particles, in a new layer draw a small blue circle with #1156F2 color shade and 11 x 11 px dimensions.
Step 7:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Outer Glow and Gradient Overlay blending options to your small blue circle


Result:

Step 8:
Now just duplicate the original blue circle design and create a particle pattern shown below, use the blending mode and opacity level settings to make each particle unique.

Step 9:
Once you have a particle layer set, duplicate it and decorate your text with particles.

Results:
