This gloss style effect is a great way to add some variety to your text. The faded drop effect of the gloss text helps to give it an arty look. This is a nice video game text effect that can be applied to various interfaces
Glossy Drip Text Effect.

Step 1:
Let抯 start out by creating a new file. I used a 500?00 pixels canvas set at 72dpi, and I filled my background with white color. Now make a new layer set and name it 'Glossy Text Effect'.
Select the Horizontal Type Tool then set the font family to Arial Rounded MT Bold, regular, 90 pt, crisp and #00FF48 color shade. In a new text layer type your website name on the canvas.

Step 2:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow, Outer Glow and Inner Glow blending options to your green text layer.

Step 3:
In a new text layer add your name again but with a black color shade. Then nudge the black text to the left by a couple of pixels.

Step 4:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Drop Shadow and Inner Shadow, blending options to your black text layer. Then set the layer's blending mode to Lighten.

Step 5:
Duplicate your first green text layer design from step one then create a new layer. Now merge both layers so the text layer turns into a regular layer with the layer styles permanently attached. Then apply a motion blur effect to through Filter > Blur, use the settings below.

Step 6:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Glow blending option to your motioned text design layer.

Result:
Step 7:
On your Layers Window move the motioned text design layer behind all the current layers.
