In this Adobe Photoshop tutorial you will see how to make a simple smooth web graphic header.

Start by making a big square with the rounded rectangle tool across the stage, color does not matter, we will change it later.

In the layers panel right click the new shape layer and choose "rasterize layer" then double click the layer to get to the layers styles panel and give it settings as shown below.

Now put in whatever logo or text slogan you want, (I know mine is not good).

Now we will make the small top menu, so with the rounded rectangle tool drag out a new shape across the stage as shown below.

Then give it the same styles as the first one.

Now type in some menu text like, contact, home, products, etc.

Now we will make the separator between the menu text for each "button", so zoom in a bit on the menu bar.

With the elliptical selection tool drag out across the menu bar as I did and hit delete this should give you a gap as shown below.

Now repeat that gap between all menu items and you should be done
