[19] Then take the Rectangular Marquee Tool use these settings.

[20] Create a shape over the selection, then create a new layer and fill the sellection with White color.

[21] Now set the Opacity.

[22] Your image should be as shown below.

[23] Repeat step 18,19.

[24] Go to Select>Feather Selection use these value.

[25] Now set the Opacity.
