[22] Then Draw a lines with the help of Pencil Tool.

[23] Now take the Text Tool create your text.

[24] Take the Elliptical Marquee Tool create a shape.

[25] Take the Gradient Tool use these settings.

[26] Fill the selection with the help of Gradient Tool your final image is ready.
