There are always war between creating a logo on photoshop and illustrator, I'm one of those who agrees that creating logos on a vector base software such as illustrator is highly recommended but I still don't know how too use illustrator that much, so I stick with vector magic to convert my bitmap logos.
there are lots of useful ways to make use of vector magic, and one of them was converting your layer mask and be able to import into flash, we all do respect but masking inside flash is a backbreaking, especially if you use their brush tool which has limited settings.
before eveything else I want to remind that using vector magic to convert your mask online wont help, as it doesn't support transparency, you need to purchase the desktop edition. (You can purchase one right here)
Ok lets start, first of all you need to read my tutorial about "color tuning a car using photoshop", we would be using the same image and layer masking.
On our first step which we already have done masking, our goal would be to convert the mask into an image layer and take everything out other than the car itself.

In order to do that, this is what you need to do; first you need to select the mask [Alt click], invert it [Ctrl I], then select all [Ctrl A], copy it [Ctrl C].

After copying , create a new layer [Ctrl shift alt N], and paste it there.

Then invert the original mask to bring it back and [Alt Drag] to our new layer to make a duplicate copy.

Next will be disabling all layer visibility except for our new layer and at this point we are already finish, save the file as PNG to retain its transparency, Name it aygo.png.

Then open your vector magic and drag our aygo.png, we will convert it using advance option, the reason behind why we choose advance option is we wanted to prevent the vector magic from converting more that one color, if we use fully automated conversion it would convert everything including the grayscale, you also have full control over how smooth the over all result.

After choosing advance mode, select ‘leave transparent' option, then make sure that you only have two listed on your color palette, that would be transparent and the other one would be a pure black.

Select next and set the complexity, then click next or you can play around with those settings, then click next and save it.

You can now use that .EPS and import it to flash for masking, I'll discuss this tutorial under flash which has something to do with color transformation.
