Here I will tell you about 3ds max 3d model cigarette packet studio tutorial
I have used following techniques in this 3ds max tutorial.
Editable poly techniques
[1]-First of all you will press (ctrl +N) now you will see the new window is open
Click on the Geometry > Standard primitives > plane and use the following setting
Create a plane in the top view set like this in the perspective view


[2]-Click on the Geometry > Extended primitives > Chamfer Box
Use the following setting create a chamfer box like this in the top view


[3]-Now apply the Edit Poly Modifier then select the vertex mode in the Edit poly![]()

[4]-Select the Vertex like this in the top view
Then drag the vertex like this in the top view

[5]-Use the following setting again create a chamfer cylinder like this
In the front view and also apply the Edit Poly Modifier

[6]-Select the Polygon Mode in the Edit Poly Modifier
Make a selection like this in the front view
Click on the Delete Button

[7]-Your Chamfer box should like this in the perspective view
Then apply the Shell Modifier and use the following setting

[8]-Select the Vertex mode in the edit poly then drag the vertex like this

[9]-Now select the big chamfer box and convert into the Editable poly
Then select the Element Mode in the Editable poly


[10]-Now make a selection like this open the Material window assign the material
Like this

[11]-Again select the Polygon Mode in the Editable poly
Make a selection like this in the front and left view respectively
Assign the material like this



[12]-Select the Polygon Mode in the Editable poly
Make a selection like this in the top view

[13]-Now click on the Diffuse Map button in the material window
Then select the Bitmap Option and Pick the Marlboro map like this

[14]-Use the following setting create a Cylinder like this in the front view
Set like this in the Left view

[15]-Select the Cylinder convert into the Editable Poly
Then select the Element Mode in the Editable poly
Then assign the material like this to the whole object


[16]-Select the Polygon mode and make a selection like this in the in the left view

[17]-Now click on the Diffuse Map button in the material window
Select the splat map and use the following setting
Your material should like this and assign to the selection![]()


[18]-Again click on the Diffuse Map button in the material window
Select the Flat Mirror map your material should like this
Assign to the Plane

[19]-After assign the material press (F9) and you will see the final is ready
Save the file in your folder
