| This tutorial exercise provides step by step instruction on how to start a new AutoCAD session. |
| 1) Double click on AutoCAD icon as shown in Figure 1. |

| 2) Now AutoCAD application starts as shown in Figure 2. |

| 3) To save the file after finishing your work select "Save" from file drop down menu as shown in Figure 3. |

| 4) Then "Save Drawing As" dailogue box appears, now name the file and click "Save" button as shown in Figure 4. {I have created a new folder in My Documents and named it as "AutoCAD", then saved the new AutoCAD file in AutoCAD folder} |
