    1. Create a floor.
    for those who do not know how to do so, click on the icon on the top toolbar that looks like a torch, and choose the floor icon.

    2. Create a new material, by pressing Ctrl + N then double click on it to bring up the material editor window. choose 'reflection' from the side menu, and use the defult settings, but add the texture used given at the top of the tutorial (or anyone you would like to use)

    3. In the same window, select 'enviroment' and do the exact same same thing in step 2, keeping everything at it's defult settings, but adding the texture at the top of the page.
    4. now choose 'Specular' and use the settings that i have used below

    5. To give the water the ripple effect, choose 'bump' from the side menu, and use the settings i have used below.
    you can find the texture at the top of the page.

    6. Now just select color, and choose a light blue.
    Once you have done that, drag the material onto the floor layer.

    now add light and your done!
