• Select the wordart you want to edit.
• In the wordart toolbar click on the "Format Wordart" icon.
• Then in the "Format WordArt" window on the "Colors and Lines" tab:
  • Click on the chevron next to "Color:" and choose "Fill Effects".
• In the "Fill Effects" window:
  • In the "Shading Styles" section select "Horizontal".
  • In the "Colors" section select "Two Colors" the choose the colors from the drop down palettes.
• Press the "OK" button.
• Then press the "OK" button again
