How to change the legend Text Size:

Double click on the chart you wan to edit.
Select the legend then in the "Chart Standard toolbar" window click on the "Format Legend" icon.
In the "Format Axis" window select the "Font" tab then in the "Size" section choose "12".
Press the "OK" button
