How to create a simple page border:
- In the main menu go to Format > Borders and Shading.
- Then in the "Borders and Shading" window select the "Page Border" tab.
- Click on "Box" in the settings section
- Select "Light Blue" from the drop down color palette in the "Color" section.
- Press the "OK" button.
