| A form is a database object that can be used to write, to modify or to show the data of a table or queries. The forms can be used to control the access to the data, as what fields or rows of data are going to be showed. |
| Consider the forms like windows by which the users see and reach the data bases. An effective form accelerates the database¡¯s uses, since the users do not have to look for what they need. |
| Create a form |
| You can use the tool Form to create a form with a single click. When you uses this tool, all the fields of the underlying data source are placed in the form. You can begin to use the new form immediately, or, can modify it in the View Presentation or Design to fit it with your needs. |
| 1) In the exploration panel, clicks in the table or query that contains the data that wish to see in the form. |

| 2) In the create tab, in the group Forms, clicks in Form. |

| 3) Access creates the form and shows it in the Presentation View. Inside this view, changes of form¡¯s design can be made while it shows data. |

| 4) If Access finds a single table that has a relation to one or several tables or queries, will add a data sheet to the form based on the table or consults related. |

| A split form is a new characteristic of Microsoft Office Access 2007 that allows obtaining two views of data simultaneously: a Form View and a Data sheet View. |
| The two views are connected to the same data source and are synchronous among them. |
| 5) In order to create a split form, use the tool Split Form. |

| Create a form that shows several records |
| If it is desired to have a form that shows several registries instead a data sheet, you can use the tool Multiple Item¡¯s Forms. |

| Create a form with the wizard |
| In order to select with better criteria the fields that are going to appear in a form, you can use the Wizard for forms instead of the diverse tools of form creation previously mentioned. |
| 11) In the exploration panel, clicks in the table or query that contains the data that wish to see in the form. |
| 12) In the Create, in the group Forms, clicks in More Forms. |

| 14) Select the Query or table and fields to use in the form creation. Press the NEXT button. |

| Create a form from blank template |
| You can use the tool Form to create a blank form and customize it to feet your needs. |
