| This short tutorial shows you how to run defragmentation on a given schedule. Follow the steps as shown below: |
| 1) Select ¡°All Programs¡± from start menu as shown in Figure 1. |

| 2) Now select ¡°System Tools¡± in ¡°Accessories¡± as shown in Figure 2. |

| 3) Now select ¡°Disk Defragmenter¡± from ¡°System Tools¡± as shown in Figure 3. |

| 4) When ¡°Disk Defragmenter¡± box appears click ¡°Modify Schedule¡± button as shown in Figure 4. |

| 5) After clicking Modify schedule button, ¡°Disk Defragmenter: Modify Schedule¡± dialogue box appears as shown in Figure 5. |

| 6) In ¡°How often:¡± drop down list you can select whether you want computer to be defragmented Daily, Weekly or Monthly as shown in Figure 6. |

| 7) In ¡°What day:¡± drop down list you can select the week day on which weekly defragmentation scheduled run, as shown in Figure 7 or you can select the day on which monthly defragmentation schedule run, as shown in Figure 8. |

| 8) After setting the schedule as per your requirement click ok and close the ¡°Disk Defragmenter¡± dialogue box. |
