We are going to create some text (Click here to search Google), highlight the text "Click here" and go to create a new Behaviours and choose Open Browser Window.

We are going to type the url of the webpage we want to preview in our new window, ive used http://www.google.com for an example. Choose the width and height of your new window. Choose from the Attribute options and click OK.

You should now have these options in your Behaviours Panel:
