This lesson, explained in extreme detail, will teach you how to create modern and very cool mobile phone ringing animation with sound. You don't have to use action script code to make this lesson. Using, this lesson, you will also learn how to import any sound file into a flash library, how to import any image into a flash stage, how to convert it into a Movie Clip Symbol, how to animate it using a special flash tips and tricks and much, much more! You can use this animation for any flash header, banner, some presentation. Let's start!
Step 1
Create a new flash document. Press Ctrl+J key on the keyboard (Document Properties) and set the width of your document to 450 pixels and the height to 320 pixels. Select white as background color. Set your Flash movie's frame rate to 38 and click ok.
Go back now into a flash stage and choose File > Import > Import to Stage (Shortcut key Ctrl+R) and import the image of mobile phone into a flash stage.
Step 4
While the image is still selected, press F8 key (Convert to Symbol) to convert it into a Movie Clip Symbol.
Step 5
Call the current layer Mobile Phone. Double-click on its default name (Layer 1) to change it. Press Enter once you have typed in the new name!
Step 6
Place now the new Movie Clip (mobile phone ) on the position like it is shown on the picture below!
Step 7
Click now on frame 10 and press F6 key on the keyboard. After that, place the Movie Clip on the position like it is shown on the picture below!
Step 8
Select now frame 19 and press F6 key. While you're still on frame 19, press F6 key thirteen times. See the picture below!
Step 9
Select now frame 20, take the Free Transform Tool (Q) and do like it is shown on the picture below!
Step 10
Select now frame 21, take the Free Transform Tool (Q) and do like it is shown on the picture below!
Repeat this process for each frame!
Step 11
Select now frame 38 and 44 and press F6 key. While you're still on frame 44, place the Movie Clip (mobile phone) on the position like it is shown on the picture below!
Step 12
Click now on frame 55 and press F5 key.
Step 13
Right-click anywhere on the gray area between frame 1 and 10, frame 10 and 19 and frame 38 and 44 on the timeline and choose Create Motion Tween from the menu that appears.
Step 14
It's time for sound, so create a new layer above the layer Mobile Phone and name it ringing sound.
Step 15
Download now my example file (fla) at the end of tutorial and open it into a flash. After that, open my flash library (Ctrl+L), find my sound file, select it and press Ctrl+C key (Copy). After that, go back on the flash stage of lesson, select sound layer and press Ctrl+V key (Paste).
